Jorleny was very nice, funny, and informative. The Dr was patient, and informative as well. Great bedside manners. Overall a good experience with all staff.

I walked in and was greeted but nobody was at front desk. Was asked to wait. After 5 minutes a lady came put of a room but went to talk to the who asked me to wait. After, a few minutes she cane over and told me to check in. Was having issues checking in but she didn't bother to help me help me. After, a few tries then she told me would help me. She was pleasant after that and the rest of the staff were nice.

I was a walk-in to get tested for Covid-19. The woman behind the desk was very helpful and polite and the doctor went above and beyond in her treatment. I had expected to just get tested and be on my way but they did a full work up to rule out pneumonia or bronchitis or anything. The wait time was longer than I expected but considering the amount of care I received I have zero complaints.

No one ever picks up the phone calling to schedule an appointment because I’m having issues doing it online andCan’t even leave a voicemail it’s totally full and hangs up the call

I made an appt for 11am.. arrive at 10:53.. sign in only for the lady to tell me they pushed my appointment back to 11:40 because of walk ins. Last I checked appointments come before walk ins. So I was forced to sit in my car for 40 extra minutes after my scheduled time to be seen because they took walk ins over appointments.. what is the point of an appointment if your going to take walk ins before the actual appointments and not give notice until the person shows up for their original scheduled appointment
