Horrible Customer Service! Continuously lied to about shipping / delivery dates, trucks that didn't exist with our flooring order on it, given free \white glove delivery to the room the floor was being installed\, only to be lied to once again by Matt,(who is apparently a supervisor), and then told, \you can call corporate if you have a problem with them leaving it in the garage!\ Well.....I've now been on hold with corporate for 10 min. Matt shouldn't be in charge of anyone or anything until he realizes what customer service actually is. I have purchased from this store multiple times, but apparently my busineess isn't important to them. Goodbye Lumber Liquidators.......
