Marco was incredible and was able to really help me make the right decision. He showed me different options and described each difference on the models and sizes. I really felt super informed in my decision. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t make me feel like i needed to sign. I was able to take a step back and think. New Country made the decision simple and pain free. It wasn’t complicated. I went in and was able to get the car detailed and able to take it home within a couple hours. I’ve been to many dealerships and have felt pushed and like a business deal. I highly recommend this dealership. Marco help me get a good deal. He also heard a noise while we were test driving the car and made sure it got checked out and fixed before he sold it to me. The car was very up to par and not just a salesman trying to make a sale. I would definitely go back there.
This was my first experience with BMW and I was extremely happy with New Country BMW. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to respond to all my questions and was readily available. The dealership was beautiful and the experience was seamless. From the initial phone contact to test driving the car to financing (Arpan was very helpful and thorough) to going over all the bells and whistles (thanks Paulo), I couldn’t be happier. Michael kept in contact with me throughout to make sure my needs were met and called to check on me a few days after I purchased the car to make sure I didn’t have any more questions. I would highly recommend New Country BMW and I hope to be back again.

Karim was very helpful in getting my mother's new car located. The options she wanted were an unusual combination it seems and he managed to track down a vehicle that matched her specifications. After the test drive, he went over all the details and was Johnny-on-the-spot responding to all of our questions, helping to coordinate all the insurance and other paperwork and communicating all along the way. The BMW genius was incredibly helpful in sitting with us once we took delivery to go over all the features of the car, getting the settings selected and making sure we knew how to operate the car before we left. It was a painless car-buying experience.
