Just picked up my new E400 Coupe from this location. Mirela was great to work with and took care of everything seamlessly. I had inquired about the car on Monday and scheduled to pick it up the following Saturday when I was able to make the drive to CT. All the paperwork was ready when I got there and the whole process took about a half hour. Todd was great at explaining the details of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything correctly. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the CT area and are looking for a Mercedes. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Michael N. guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and checked in with me between my first visit to the dealership and the time I bought the car. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the available vehicle options, and he took the time to familiarize me with the features of my GLA. Service Dept is chaotic. Once they take your car, you never speak to a person again. Your call go into voice-mail, never to be returned , or they send you texts, but don't respond to your texts for hours. I would expect a higher level of customer service from MB. And why is the loaner lot guy not wearing his mask while in the building? Like I said, CHAOS.
