My kindergarten was missing for an hour, no one would answer nor was I notified about the driver being one hour late! I literally had to call the cops! After all I’ve been through you would think they would offer me door to door transportation but no they are acting as if they do not care! Thank God the actual school stepped in!

I was driving behind van #162 at 9:30am on Hebron Ave, maintaining a two-car following distance most of the time, the driver stopped to let drivers from the gas station onto the main road, meanwhile, a line of cars beeped their horns behind me because the light was green. Driver finally moved on, me still behind, then van suddenly turns right, drives 1/8 of a mile up the street, stops dead, then drives a few feet, dead stop again. I turn left and the van driver decides to drive and turn left into a medical building driveway - still doesn't use a turn signal. Does this company train their drivers?? I would not want my parents in a van with this hazardous driver! Impeding traffic, not using turn signals, and dead stop on a busy road is hazardous!
The transportation department is very nice on and on point but the choice office I don't like so much some of the lady's are very nice and help alot but the is a couple that seem that they don't like there job also its like no one answers the phone every time I call no matter who I'm calling straight to voicemail.
