Went for the open house workout and bbq put on by trainer Justin and trainer Steve. It was a great time and really goes to show you how amazing of a work out you can get with minimal equipment and the right coaches. Thanks for the experience! Love the old post office look you guys kept while transforming this space into an awesome gym.

I took an SFG beginner kettlebell course here. This gym is a blast from the past. They converted it from an old post office; still has the safe even! Much charming! And the owner, Justin Greene, has deep knowledge of human movement and smart ways of teaching. Sadly, I do not live near here or I would join!
