Knowledgeable and the only place that has the Yellow Fever vaccine. Get only what you really need here though. I paid 140 for the oral typhoid vaccine only to go to the pharmacy and find out that the actual cost of the vaccine is 94, and they could’ve put a discount code in to make it less. I just got cheated out of fifty plus dollars. That’s great considering I’m scraping by now! Very cool.

I will give you some direct feedback. You should tell people when they call that you will charge 75 for a visit and then you won't write a prescription for the meds they need. It is pretty poor that you only do half of the work but charge me for a visit. In this day and age it is also poor that you will not submit anything to an insurance company. My colleague went to a travel clinic in Middletown CT and they provided all meds and submitted all to his insurance.

We had an amazing experience with Mathew Rivers in the Hartford office. We are not very experienced travelers and going to Africa is a very big deal for us. Mathew was informative, concerned, professional and organized. We left with a lot of useful information and some very important products, and of course, our inoculations, which were easy. Mathew is warm, engaging, and a great resource for anyone who will be travelling. I highly recommend Mathew Rivers and the Hartford office of Passport Health

Great experience. The first place we went to nearly messed up our expensive vacation by telling us Yellow Fever wasn't required if you were from the US. Passport Health looked at the entire itinerary and conditions that kick in as the result of visiting multiple countries. We got knowledgeable advice about the needed vaccinations, side effects, medical trip risks, and strategies to stay healthy abroad. These guys are on top of their have, and way better than the first place we went.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam as mentioned from other reviewers. The only reason I went here was because they are the only clinic in the area with a yellow fever vaccine. While Matthew was nice, he clearly recites a script given to him which is basically a sales pitch to get you to buy overpriced items or vaccines you don't really need. The information what would have been most helpful and needed for my trip (altitude sickness) was skipped over because I am sure most people don't need the information and his pitch is just a cookie cutter script not at all tailored to your travel plans. If you have to use the clinic, do your own homework about where you are going and check the CDC websites for travel help so you don't get scammed.
