I love wheelers clinic so much! Staffs are very friendly and they have good manners! Like that they have a pharmacy too!

Been going here for kids for over 3 1/2 years. It’s a hit or miss. I have been blessed with 2 amazing therapists. But before them had a girl fresh out of school unlicensed which made things worse. You are allowed to ask so make sure you do. The turnover seems to be a little frequent with employees. It has since gotten a little better. The receptionists for the children’s clinic are very polite and have amazing personalities, make sure you treat them as you want to be treated. The Genoa pharmacy on the ground floor is extremely convenient and you don’t have to wait an hour for a medication to be filled. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly also. He fills all kinds of meds-one stop shop. If you have any concerns they take them seriously so let them know. Had a nice discussion with the president and CEO to which she was very polite and concerned.

Don’t go here for mental health or addiction services. The doctors are insulting and rude and would rather let people keep buying drugs on the street instead of providing therapy.
