Just left the auction, and there are a few points to indicate. I wanted to note that before I went to the auction, I spoke with a representative, and she blatantly lied about a few questions that I asked: 1) I asked about the mileage: She said that she cannot provide details over the phone, and that I would be able to see the mileage of the cars when I arrive at the auction. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that they do not provide any mileages for buyers. You are, literally, purchasing blindly. 2) I also asked about being able to drive or start the car: She said that we would not be able to drive the car, but that a representative would start the car for you. This was also a lie. The only time we can hear the motor is when THEY drive the car to the auction lanes. You can inspect the motor and the car when the car is off. 3) I also asked about fees: She indicated that, \we do not charge any fees.\ I was surprised to find that the fees ranges between 11%-25% of the car's sale price (depending on the final sales price) 190 auction fee 225 so-called \documentary service fee.\ I felt the need to write this review not to put the company down, but to inform the buyers. They did have some vehicles that may have been a good buy, and at a very good price. Just know that it might be a gamble, especially if you do not know the mileage.

Beware warning!! This place really a scam artist. Never give them a deposit without seeing the car first. They will take your money and then bring you a BS car. If you don’t like then you lost your deposit. If you buy a car for 1000 you must have 2500 cash ready. Because they charging all kinds of fees. I don’t know why the city didn’t shut them down. They scammed your money without seeing a blood. Believe me, they also treated you like a homeless after you paid they put you to wait for many hours for your car to pull up. Beware beware!!! Those 5 stars reviews on here they paid to other to make fake reviews for them wasn't authentic. OK After i paid then they put me to waiting lines FOR HOURS lots of people was crying want to get their money back, but non of the people get refunded because their policy is non-refund in a small sentences said in the paper when you signed. Really a nightmare!! Please stay away seriously!!!! Please google it or check it on BBB and YouTube LOTS OF people upset about they scammed.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle here is the place to go. I recently purchased an Audi A7 and I've had no problem thus far. Most importantly this dealership is straight up and they respect you. They don't give you the run around and they actually want your business. The process is very smooth as well. khal is a fantastic sales man and Joe is also a good guy. ask them the fees how much is it first , There’s no hidden fee or outrageous charges. That's all, happy searching !

I thought First Marshall Auto Auction did a wonderful job and they were very helpful and got in touch with me right away. I haven't bought this car yet. It's the one I'd like to buy, but first I need to save up a down payment. But I’m sure when I have my down payment saved, they will be just as friendly and helpful as they were before. I'd give my experience at First Marshall Auto Auction. 5 stars
