I bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX4 there, sales rep was Kambria. She was so friendly and helpful and definitely not your stereotypical car salesman. Like most used cars it didn't come with a warranty yet they replaced BOTH headlights when I saw water building up inside. They didn't have to do that but they did it anyway. I can't say enough good about them. I paid a premium price for the car but it is in perfect condition. It still has the new car smell! I've bought a couple of other SUV's in the last few years. I just wish I had gone to Harvey's first.

The job got done. First appointment was a bust because the part needed that was in the warehouse when I made the appointment was not available when I arrived. Second appointment was a success. Work was quick, problems were fixed, but was carried out haphazardly, damaging and sullying some of the interior that will require getting the interior detailed and a trim piece replaced. Be sure to give your vehicle a look over before you take off.

Took my car in for an oil change. Picked up the car with a check engine light on. They “fixed” the issue. 2 days after picking it up, my check engine light, oil light, and battery light all came on, my car over heated, and left me stranded on the side of a rural road for almost 2 hours. Take your vehicle somewhere else. These people do more harm than good to a vehicle. And yes, my car is a Chevy, they should know their way around a Chevy engine considering they sell them.
