A wonderful company and rental team to work with. Both Laurie and Dawn were extremely helpful, responsive and professional. They go above and beyond for their clients. And, never once made me feel uncomfortable asking questions about their rental properties. Their listings are amazing and so many properties to choose from. My first time working with NEVR and extremely impressed with their knowledge of the rental market as well.

We stayed in a beautiful newly updated home in Harwich. The house is a block from the bike path and 2 blocks from Long Pond. The house is bright super spacious and open. There is a full bath on every floor. Nice private back deck directly off the kitchen. We would stay at this house anytime we are vacationing on the cape.

We have been renting through NEVR for 10 years. The whole experience has been excellent. Great homes and excellent customer service. Whenever any of our houses that we rented had an issue it was dealt with immediately and non-intrusive to our stay.

COVID 19 pandemic. Highly highly recommend this rental company. NEVR was extremely gracious during the intake process, fair and honest in their pricing and the added benefit of a delay in collecting our deposit until !Massachusetts opened up for rentals on May 2020. NEVR refunded our money when Massachusetts issued new stringent rules for vacationers for August 1, 2020.Our state was on the restricted list requiring either a quarantine for two weeks upon arrival or negative COVID testing 72 hours prior to arrival and quarantine while awaiting test results (3-7 days). Neither of these were tenable on a 7 day vacation. Thank you Joanne for your help. We will definitely use NEVR again!

My son was to be married in May 2020 but because of Covid-19 it was postponed. We (family) put down a very good size deposit on a home in Harwichport. When we went to try to communicate with someone at their office they just said review your policy with refunds. The policy did state no refund if cancelling but it did not specify about a \pandemic\! My family and I tried to reach out by emailing and calling but no response. I honestly wasn't looking for them to refund all of the deposit but half would of been nice . I also would of liked to have my phone calls or emails answered. I know many guests and family of the upcoming wedding received some portion or all of their deposits back ( even when policy indicated otherwise) I understand it's a tough time but no excuses to run a business. Very disappointed.
