We had a great experience shopping at this dealership and buying our 2021 Rogue. Sally provided us with a hassle-free pressure free experience and allowed us to decide freely on what we wanted at the same time guiding and assisting with any questions we had. Rich was also helpful in ensuring the purchase was as successful and smooth as it could be for us. I went to Route 17 Nissan today to renew my lease, and received absolutely stellar service. Sally and Rich are very likable, personable people. At one point, we were just chatting -- not even talking about cars! A few very short hours later, I was driving home in my new car. Today had the potential to be stressful, especially when going to a dealership, but Sally and Rich made things pleasant and easy. When this lease is up, I will DEFINITELY be back. With more donuts!
Had a fantastic experience with Carlos at Route 17 Nissan in Hasbrouck Heights! I’ve been shopping around for a car and visited other dealers, but had the best overall experience with Carlos, who was so helpful and patient with me. He knew everything and was able to answer all of my questions, never making me feel rushed or under pressure to get the car. Got a great price and was so happy to work with such a professional who never made me feel like I was being talked down to as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. I highly recommend going to see Carlos at this dealer!
I don’t normally do reviews but the service I received is definitely deserving of it! I came into this facility just to ‘see’ about trading in my old lease and possibly getting a new one and well I’m going home with a brand new car! My sales representative Sally was so sweet and so attentive, she really took the time to listen to what I wanted and more than delivered! Even with my 5 year old asking a million questions. Rich, the sales manager made the process smooth and painless. I highly recommend them!!! I will definitely be coming back for my next lease! Thank you so much guys ! You have no idea how happy and appreciate I am!
Great service! Polite and thorough....let me know about any unexpected expense. Provided shuttle from dealer back to work and picked me up when car was done. Car was washed after serviced...and everyone I met that day was friendly and nice. Definitely recommend!
