Great service and nice people

Staff was quick and helpful with getting personal items out of my vehicle after an auto accident. Their visitor management system is very helpful and ensures limited contact with other individuals. Thank you

The people at the Fort Worth location are great. Very nice people. They just happen to work for a horrible company. I will never do business with Copart again. The fees are excessive! It’s a horrible system. They changed policies back in July that proves upper management has lost touch with reality.

Seen a couple frustrated people while in line. I paid for the car I purchased. They then told me I needed a tow or trailer to be able to get the car. I'm sure this policy is in place to get extra days storage fees. I bought a running driving car specifically so I wouldn't need a trailer. I waited around for just shy of 2 hours talking to other customers who had trailers while. I then realized I didn't get my title when I paid. Got it from them finally and got someone to trailer it but even then they were having issues \adding it\ to the guys trailer whatever that means. Anyway finally got it off the lot. Now to never do business here again.

Bought a Boat . Said Normal wear. Brought dang good money.. they TOTALLY FORGOT to mention motor cracked in several places.. even had a note in boat from old owner stating motor needed work and cracked.. but they just happened to leave that out.. either the consignor KNEW or they Knew. And left it out to pad the auction price.. email GM AGM and yard.. and left 2 messages.. never so much as the courtesy of a return phone call or email..
