Stopped in to buy dog food, the staff was friendly and super helpful in assisting me with picking the right food for my dogs. They have a program where you buy so many bags and then get one free. Good selection of dog chews and toys, picked up all the dogs Christmas presents. We've made Fluegel's our go to pet supply store. Found out we can order chicks in the spring, can't wait!

I picked up some neon tetras and a couple guppies. I got home and started acclimating the fish, as I was doing that I noticed that one of the guppies tails was almost completely torn off!! I released the fish only for the guppy with the missing tail to die that very night!! I put it in a ziplock bag with the intention of returning it. When I woke up the next morning 4 of the 8 neon tetras that I had bought were dead, while one of the other guppies seemed to be struggling. After a couple hours the guppy had passed away!!! I put them all in a ziplock bag and was planning to return them the following day. At about 5 o’clock the next day, I called them to ask them what their policy was on returning dead fish, she said they need the receipt and the body, and that it has to be within 48 hours of purchase!!!! I then checked the websites hours only to find that they were going to be closing in 20 minutes!!! I could not have been their in 20 minutes!! So I ended up waisting 20 dollars on fish!!! And it’s not the water because the other four tetras are doing great!!! It’s now a week later, the four tetras are great!! Along with some fish that I got yesterday at Petco!!! Would not recommend!!!
