Was at Louie's for our staff holiday party. Food was great. Nice sized portions. Our waitress Megan was nice and attentive. Negatives were the room was a bit chilly and they ran out of shrimp cocktail. Not a deal breaker though. I will definitely be returning.

We made dinner reservations for the patio to find it was not handicapped accessible for my husband who only used cane. We had to park in the lot across the street. The steps were blocked and crumbled so we walked down the hill. Once we got to the patio the step up was very steep with no railing. This is a safety hazard for anyone without a handicap. Only the main dining room is accessible. We left and will not be returning. Our trouble was worth a 10% coupon to the owner. What a liability!

Horrible. My my rack of lamb came out cold and under cooked. I asked for medium rare and got raw. They tried to simply reheat it and smothered it in sauce. After I say I want a whole new rack done properly, the lady at the front desk accuses me of leaving and trying to not pay. I was simply having a cigarette because the food was taking forever. I told my waiter that I will pay for what we did eat but not for either lamb dish. The owner then comes over to scold me and my fiance. Simply rude. The waiter was nice though.

Superb food and elegant atmosphere. Normally pasta isn't my go to but the shrimp scampi beckoned and was as rich as the torte cake that followed. Excellent down to earth service from everyone including the talented head chef

The ground floor smelled like an unfinished basement. The upstairs atmosphere was nice. The service was average. The food was bland. I really expect something from a 28 steak that just wasn't there. The lobster tail was burnt in the broiler and the crusty carbon flakes filled the bland risotto making it inedible. We didn't bother to stay for dessert. It would have been a fine meal at a Chilis. But for fine dining it was a major disappointment.

Fast friendly courteous service. Clean pleasant atmosphere. Easter buffet was enjoyable. Accommodated our large group well. Reasonably priced.

This was our first time here, the service and food was very good. I would recommend Louies to my friends. My only suggestion is to let customers know that additional parking is across the street.
