This store looks small from the outside, but once inside, a whole different story. Great for a tourist. 1.00 a pound green chile. Walked out with 20 lbs of Chile. A cool hat, 3 bracelets, a jar of red chile and a sarape....total...46.00 with tax.
A great price for roasted chiles and you could buy less than 5 pounds, unlike a lot of other places. It only took a couple minutes to roast mine (I love that smell) while I shopped and got some souvenirs. Everything was super clean, people were wearing masks, and the registers were behind shields. A very good and efficient shopping trip!
