I don’t think I have ever been so happy with a purchase and installation in my life. I’m not kidding. The staff and owner were so helpful. It was a special order that was placed and received so quickly and installed way before Christmas. The installation went perfectly smoothly. They did a fantastic job in a very short period of time and it was a difficult and unusual installation that most other companies wouldn’t touch. I love my fireplace. It’s perfect! My husband says I love it too much because I spend too much time relaxing in that room. I am so grateful to have something that enriches my life especially during this COVID-19 stay at home period. Thank you to all at Salter’s!!

Maybe my rating would change if I could ever get them to come out when they say they will .My husband called to make an appointment for a chimney sweep, gave the guy his credit card number and took off for the scheduled appointment---they didn't show up! Called and the guy I spoke with said he'd call back that night to let me know for sure if they could come out the next day and he never returned the call. They didn't have us scheduled and they can't figure out who took our credit card information. Now I've been working with our CC company to make sure nothing has been charged. Hopefully he makes good on his word to pass it along to the manager!
