I’m annoyed I even have to give a star. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating. The woman was extremely rude and disrespectful. The man made us uncomfortable. The items were extremely overpriced for the quality. You might as well go to Victoria’s Secret to get a quality purchase. The store is super crammed. This is not a friendly atmosphere. My friend kept her belongings in her plastic bag, simply used her phone for a minute in the plastic bag provided and got yelled at for it. Will not come back.

It’s too crowded, can’t find anything because it’s unorganized and the place is shady, the owner yelled at my friends for taking photos of the products they have. Didn’t give my friends any warning just went ballistic. Made me and my bf wear cheap gloves just to touch clothes even though they made us sanitize my hands and leave my purse behind because they think ppl will shoplift. I understand sanitizing our hands but the gloves was excessive. They need to learn business ethics as well.

I drove 45 minutes to bring my wife here to select a fun and sexy outfit. Dolores couldn’t be bothered to welcome or assist us. She was cheerful to remind us they would be closing soon. When we were trying to decide between two products at the end, her primary input was to remind us they were closed. She whined several times about having been there 12 hours, had to get her grandson home.... She sincerely should not be in this business. We specifically chose this store figuring a female staffed store would make such a purchase more comfortable. We were left with a very bad first impression. They have great inventory, priced high compared to amazon but not compared to other brick and mortar stores. I hope they get it figured out and develop a positive customer service model. 1) Greet your customers warmly. 2) Offer assistance when you can tell people are interested but inexperienced. 3) Hide the young boy, lest moms trying to get back in touch with their desirability, coming in to peruse be reminded they are moms. 4) When you want to nudge people along at closing time, ask how you can help with final selections. 5) Do not write defensive responses to negative reviews unless you respond to ALL reviews.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! It’s a mom and pop shop so u’d think they’d treat their customers better or the store won’t survive. I think their lucky there’s not much competition in the area or no one would go back. I went near closing time and asked for help in what I was looking for but all she kept saying was their closing soon and I had to checkout. I asked again ok if you’re closing can u help me find what I’m looking for? She replied u already have stuff in you’re hand. Well lady I was looking for something else not just what I had grabbed under pressure. I guess they don’t like to make money because when I tried to buy the items I could find I was told sorry the register is closed. Really? I walked out with nothing and they couldn’t have cared less. I was shocked!!!! I’ve never had a merchant turn down a sale. And done dare take a phone call or send a text she’ll be right there to point out signs that say no cell phones lol. I don’t get these people unbelievable attitude almost like they don’t want u there or want u to come back! If there was an option for 0 stars that would have been my rating. Don’t waste ur time the store is a mess things are packed in so tight it’s hard to find what ur looking for. Spice 2 night in willow grove is worth the drive. The Ladies Room won’t get a penny of my hard earned money!!!
