The customer service here is excellent. I had a coupon for the store that I received from a company that provides chips for locating lost pets. There was difficulty scanning it. The manager got on the phone with IT at corporate headquarters, I guess, and got it straightened out. I deeply appreciate this commitment to customer service. This willingness to go the extra mile for me has made me more likely to want to shop here. My dogs enjoyed the pig ears I bought there too.

Very nice Petco - the store is nice & clean too. They have an amazing selection and their prices are good. They just started carrying Orijen dog food, its highly recommended by many vets and kinda hard to find in this area. When you sign up for their Petco card you get a discount on this food too! Highly recommend!

Customer service here is just so friendly and they went out of their way to help me and save me money. I also noticed they remembered not only their regular customer’s names but the names of their pets. I was really impressed by this place. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Customer service was very nice, however they always seem to give sick animals. I purchased a pet mouse, and purchased all the necessities to take care of it, only for the mouse to just randomly die 2 hours later. Do not recommend buying pets from here.
