Brittany at Pine Belt Medical Supply is awesome ! Recently, my son and I both received medical supplies from Brittany. She took her time to explain to us about our insurance and what all it would cover . Even though she was not in my son’s network, she explained to him his insurance coverage and his options. Because Brittany is so efficient and took her time to research his insurance bridge plan , she saved him a lot of money ! She did not even ask for anything in return for her time . She is amazing and her coworkers are great also . We are always treated with respect when we enter her office .. I highly recommend Pine Belt Medical Supply for all your medical supply needs . If I could give zero stars I would. The “manager” Brittany is rude and lacks empathy. After losing everything in my home on 1/25/30, I tried to recover a replacement cpap machine and a nebulizer for my son from this location. I called this location for several weeks trying to get a resolution. Long story short, she was supposed to be reaching out to them and keeping me in the loop but it was actually I finally got the word that Red Cross sent me a payment to cover this but I wasn’t aware, I thought it was for my family’s medication replacements. She literally did nothing on this for 2.5 months! Every time she made an excuse or gave me another hoop for me to jump through even though she claimed I had to pay full price which I was ok with. They need to clean house starting with the not so managerial, Brittany and onward. I’ve never been so disrespected and treated less than. When it was all said and done I finally went to the doctor (another hoop she came up with) and had them send my prescription to Hattiesburg medical supply who not only got me and my son a resolution within a week BUT I didn’t pay not one cent! The staff was friendly and professional, which is why all of future business will be there no matter if it is an across town drive for me. For this place to make me wait for over 8 weeks with all I’m going through was ridiculous. Shame on you and I will be telling others to take their business to Hattiesburg Medical supply.
