We reached out to the company for new service in September. Several weeks later after no response we followed up. We were told they were unsure what happened that the request wasn't fulfilled. An individual called me within a day to let me know they'd be at the site to check the next day. I pointed out there would be inclement weather and said it could wait a day. In mid-February we called again to follow up after no response. The individual we spoke to became rude and and told us to keep in mind they have one individual and one individual only (her words, not mine) who handles that. I don't intend to beg to be someone's customer, especially when the customer service is this lousy before we even become customers.

We live in a rural area with no access to wired internet. I have been calling for service since July. It is now December. The first site visit we got done was done incorrectly by someone who we were told later got fired. We have yet to receive a second site visit after at least 10 phone calls and speaking with management. I understand this year has been tough for businesses with COVID, and I am willing to cut everyone some slack. If their prices could be beat or I had other options, I would take my business elsewhere. I may have to take my business elsewhere anyhow, not by choice...but because I have literally begged Haug to give me their service for FIVE months with no luck.
Internet goes down often, slow speeds. I have to hotspot my cell when on call to do my job. I have had these issues for several months, they changed the equipment at the house which didn't help, I have installed a new router, updated it and I'm still having issues.
We had an internet outage a little while back. Didn't have any issues with contact and repair.
Really fast internet.
