Staying at the Haven is pretty average. The apartment complex workers are nice and the Hoover area is an okay area to live in. The tour was very pleasant and nice but once you sign the lease you are not treated in the same manner anymore. The apartment I was given was not clean at all, I had to clean everything before moving my stuff in. I have been out of A/C for my apartment unit for 3 weeks now and they WILL not compensate you for anything per the lease agreement. They follow the lease agreement to the T. It is not the apartment staff fault, it is the regional manager that will reference the lease agreement constantly. I do not recommend living here because of the regional company that owns this apartment complex, they are not understanding and you will find way better apartment complexes in the area at a better price/quality.

I am new to the area, and I was looking for something safe and quiet! I found the Haven, and I quickly jumped to sign a lease. Everyone in the office has been so friendly and helpful. Fredrick, the apartment manager, has been an absolute angel with helping with the move-in process. Her and Grace both have answered all 50 of my question in a quick and timely manner. I’m so happy I have found my new home at the Haven!

I have lived here since September of 2019. I absolutely love living in this area. I have felt safe since day one. My apartment is newly renovated and truly feels like home. I have never had any issues with maintenance. Once I place a work order, one of the workers have been out to my unit within 2 days. Dawn in the leasing office is always quick to answer any questions and helped me tremendously during my lease signing process. If you want to live somewhere that is safe, pretty reasonably prices, and updated this is the place for you!

I was looking for something safe and quiet for my girls and I and I stumbled upon this gem! Everyone I have come across has been friendly and neighborly. Fredrick, the apartment manager, was absolutely amazing with helping with the moving in process. She was very patient, answered my emails in a timely manner, and always let me know she was there if I needed her. I’m happy we made Haven our new home!

Ms.Frederick was really nice when she assisted me with getting my application done ! She also has really great customer service . And she doesn’t mind you calling back if you have any questions!! Most definitely would recommend!!!
