Mr Havens your website is impressive, I am new to the area and will be needing some work done so I thought I would look into local contractors. On your website I noticed it said you were the local Trane dealer. I am a huge fan of Trane products, I searched their website using your companies provided address and it says you are not an authorized dealer. Are you new with Trane or is their website out of date? Just curious, not trying to be a bother. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I absolutely had to give this company 5 stars! They came out on a Saturday and had my system back up and running in under an hour and was completly affordable! Zach was friendly and professional and knew exactly how to resolve the issue! I'll be calling them for all my future service maintenance and repair needs!
Called them late on a Friday and they still came out and had our ac fixed within 30 min!
Awful experience. Service rep came to work on my rv air conditioner. Apparently he didn’t know what he was doing because the inside air sound was so loud you couldn’t even talk to another person in the same room. FINALLY I got someone to look at it and the air conditioner was not even put back together correctly and missing insulation and charged me over 500. Never again.
