Riley has done a fantastic job of always being accessible to answer all our questions (like 100). She has made the transition of moving from a large family home after 30 years easier. Thank you and we are very happy with our apartment so far!

The maintenance team are friendly and they get the job done! The property office staff respond to concerns and calls with in a reasonable amount of time. I'm impressed with how clean the basement/storage area is every week which makes using the laundry facility pleasant. The non-smoking building is really a non-smoking building which is great if you're a non smoker. Thanks for working on the new doors and intercom system.

I moved into Forest Acres last year. I will admit that there were some issues, but the issues were addressed right away. The office staff are great, and the maintenance staff are great as well. I would recommend these apartments to everyone and anyone. I made a great decision by choosing Forest Acres for my children and I, and I hope this relationship continues to thrive and workout. On a side note: The only thing, so far, that has gotten me down was that the pool was not open this past summer. Unfortunately. But hopefully this upcoming summer is different. Thank you Forest Acres, and its wonderful staff, for being the best that I have encountered thus far. :)
