Rebecca is so sweet!! I love the ease and affordability of the scooter rental! Not only do they drop it off at your location, but they also pick it up! I love this company and highly reccommend them to everyone!

I LOVE this company!! They have helped me so much! Rebecca is very kind & helpful whenever I call & Fabrice is great at fixing mobility equipment & so lovely to interact with!! They are very reasonably priced, on time for appointments & are very professional & attentive. I have a unique wheelchair & Fabrice had to come out 3 times & contact the manufacturer multiple times to get the needed parts. Mobility City only charged me for 1 visit! They stuck with me & didn’t give up until my chair was fixed!! I have used other companies in the past & none come close to the caring & personalized costumer service of this company! They are small, but offer an amazing range of services! They were able to help me with 3 different pieces of mobility equipment. They fixed a broken wheelchair, ordered new (& better) batteries for a scooter, & put new tires on another wheelchair.They provided very reasonable estimates & quick service. Wheelchair users are often in a very vulnerable position when it comes to the equipment we rely on. I feel so much more secure knowing they are there to help me when I need them!
