This place is run and lovingly maintained by a group of enthusiastic and knowledgeable locals. They offer tours for school field trips complete with soap and candle making, a blacksmith and many other live interactive demos of life back when Nitre Hall was operating. Full of artifacts found on site and plenty of history to discover this place is a great little local gem.
