Messy unorganized but understandable for the current times. A TON of non antique material. But if you love stained glass this is the place to go !!! Or if you need repairs to stained glass

SOOOO much fun! I have never seen someone as high as the kid that was working! It was fantastic! The store is pretty great too. Amazing selection and lots of fun stuff to sort through. I found an incredible piece of art I really wanted, but it was 80 and was no where near worth that much. I wanted to try and haggle, but no go. My girlfriend found some great things, but she always does. She's much better at finding stuff than me, but I like to think I just have higher standards and better taste. Who knows. So we spent a while in here, but my son wasnt feeling great and waited in the car. He's 15 so calm down. I didnt leave an infant in a car seat or anything. He's a really great kid. I can't take credit for that. So we hurried more than we would have, but theres a lot to see and this place is well worth the stop. I really hope you get to meet the kid who smokes more weed than Snoop Dogg. He's a super awesome person.

It was okay. Some antiques, and some flea-market stuff. It is a bit messy inside so you'll have to dig in some places to see what treasures might be hiding.

If we could give Zero...we would. After reading all the reviews of the local stores, we just decided to walk around in HdG and stop in a few of the antique shops. Some of the reviews were good, some were not good, and we felt that is probably typical as every shop isn't for everyone. Well...all the reviews that said this is one was family friendly, I would have to challenge. As we walked through we noticed a box along the main aisle that had some magazines in it. The first two on top were very provocative...and our 10 yr old daughter was staring at them. We moved her along and I looked up into this space and saw shelves in the back with tons of magazines. We have a 14 yr old son that was trailing behind so I went to see if my thoughts were correct. The one shelf held Life magazines, not bad! Whew...but next shelf? Playboy, Hustler and a few other select titles...right out in the open. I didn't need to look any further. My thoughts were correct and I am glad I did that before my son walked into this space. HIGHLY inappropriate and definitely NOT family friendly...this is truly unacceptable and should not be allowed.
