We recently set out ona quest to purchase a hot tub during the COVID pandemic. To our surprise, several of our local retailers in Virginia were completely sold out and reported an 18 month lead time for a new hot tub. Luckily, we came across Hawaiian Pool and Spa who had a very nice model on the showroom floor. We were able to get an amazing deal on the spa, and took delivery within a week. The delivery and hook up process was smooth and the technicians spent considerable time explaining their industry best practices for maintaining the spa (as this was our first one). I would recommend this place to anyone interested.
These guys know their stuff and are really nice. We have placed our trust in them for years and will continue for years to come.
