comsouth scheduled us for 3-5 but said for us to just be here Incase someone could come early & its 4 & NOW they just called & said someone overbooked & can’t come until tomorrow afternoon. AFTER we paid last months payment & they said they didn’t receive it but sent us a receipt & said we would have to get the bank to contact them or pay it again so we went ahead & paid again because everyone knows how hard it is to get a bank to do all that & then the next day our WiFi went out & has been our all weekend then they did this today. How about y’all get better or shutdown & let someone else give it a go.

First, there was an increase in the bill. Then y'all wouldn't replace a remote that wouldn't work properly. Then finally, when I cancel my service, ComSouth won't come pick up the cable boxes without charging a fee. Since the company changed ownership, the experience with ComSouth has been shotty at best. A company that was once excellent in customer service and quality has fallen off badly, which has lead me to severing ties with a company that has provided my cable needs forbwell over a decade.
Looking forward to good things now that they are a part of Hargray

Com South is the WORST cable ever! It's not even the middle of the month and I have had to call a technician 3 times. My cable and internet just went out and all I was told was that they will handle it in the morning. What am I supossed to do for the rest of the night?To top it off I pay 200 a month. 200 a month for sucky service! I am one angry, dissatified, pissed off customer. This is ridiculous.
