Flint made the process of getting my new home inspected so easy! I am a new home buyer and had no clue what to do, as soon as I called him he took over and was honest and open about everything. He was extremely helpful and didn’t take advantage of me when he easily could have since I was so clueless! I would recommend everyone and anyone to use him for any services he provides! Flint did an outstanding job inspecting a home that we are in the process of purchasing. He covered everything from roof to septic system and made recommendations for anything that needed attention. The report, complete with pictures and text, was the most detailed and comprehensive one I have ever seen. (I have bought and sold quite a few houses in my career as a carpenter/contractor) I would highly recommend “Precise” Home Inspections to anyone I know. They certainly live up to their name!

We had a stellar experience with Flint. He’s extremely methodical, thorough, and we personally enjoyed the time he spent walking us through the house and providing cogent and detailed feedback. He’s very professional and engaging, and you can tell he enjoys his role. He never makes you feel hastened and welcomes all questions asked. To put it simply, apart from being a really nice person with a wealth of knowledge, he’s technically savvy and elucidates the severity of potential issues you may be facing. My husband and I are first time buyers and hired this company to inspect our property. Being we are first time buyers we were a bit nervous because of the obvious. From the initial phone call with flint all the way til the end of our inspection with Craig we feel very confident in the people we chose to do our inspection !! Craig was extremely informative, above and beyond, making sure we understood everything that was wrong and everything that could happen if we didn’t do certain things to upkeep our property. He even went as far as to writing down the type of materials we would need to do certain tasks and how often we should be doing certain tasks to our home to avoid any further issues or any issues at all! Seriously couldn’t ask for a better home inspector. He literally eased our minds. We could tell he knew his stuff and that he wasn’t just breezing through things.
