Lana is renting this place from our family and she has never been able to pay her rent for the past 2 1/2 years without a problem. We have lowered rent 4 different times to try and help her and her business , in return she now is trying to break our lease agreement and starting to tear my building apart like he broken front window that we put in last year at our Hawley event , she has taken my stove in our kitchen and brought it to her home . I had to call police to get her to bring it back to me . She has been a tenant from hell to me and my family and we are very happy to rid of her next month I hope people read this and understand that this woman is not a reputable tentant . She is also poor business , my wife and I tried helping her to bring in more customers by giving her some tips in running a Restaurant ,and she just gave us the cold shoulder. Just yesterday I brought a business man in town that was interested in seeing my storefront and she didn’t want me to sit down there she pushed me out with her hands and was very rude I’ve basically had enough. Can’t wait for her to go !!!!!

I dropped by last night (June 26, 2015) for the first time and picked up take out. I randomly chose a soup, entree and dessert as I haven't been there before. The staff were delightful, very helpful and friendly. Everything tasted delicious and was made with fresh ingredients. My meal cost 18, and was well worth it. The pastry dessert was top class and tasted home made. Very impressed, I can't wait to visit and eat in. I went back for lunch today (July 10, 2015) and took 2 friends. We enjoyed the stuffed grape leaves and garlic chicken, and brownie a la mode. Two of us took home those home baked (yes, they are, I asked) pastry's. Friendly staff, comfortable temperature, pleasant atmosphere. Love this place.
Amazing food and very friendly staff. It gives off a relaxing, family-owned vibe. I'm really glad my husband and I stopped here for lunch on our honeymoon. We actually remember this place as being our favorite place in the area! It even beat the pricey restaurants we went too.
I had a rice and lamb dish, it was good. I had a bowl of soup with beef and vegetables, it was excellent. I had a sort of savory pumpkin Danish, it was also good. Tired of pizza and fast food? Get off your ass and come here.
Very quaint and inviting atmosphere. Food is amazing, delicious and authentic. Excellent experience from the moment we walked through the door!
Middle of nowhere PA, a Russian restaurant (including ethnic decor and very quiet background Russian music). Very well prepared dishes - you'll-lick-your-plate good. We've been there three times already (not too far from our camping place), and tried most dishes - excellent, and pretty reasonable price-wise. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as far as ingredients of each dish and sourcing.
Lovely little spot. Food is about 9 a plate. Best way to describe is simple yet satisfying. Would come back again
Food was delicious! Seemed very authentic and not a cuisine I have that often. Eastern European, Ukrainian, and a dish from Uzbekistan, I think. We were in the Hawley area for a few days of vacation over holidays and will go back next time we are in the area.
