I was able to purchase the item I wanted at a decent price. My online experience was great! Easy to navigate, user friendly and quick!
I had purchased a TV on line for store pick up but unfortunately they were understaffed and never got around to my order. Understandably enough to say, it was black friday but on line orders are placed in order to avoid the long lines and waiting period. I decided to wait in line and ask for my order which to my surprise resulted in a disappointment. The TV I had purchased and got charged for was out of stock and I was told that it would be available until 3-4 days later. My overall experience was unpleasant and I simply think that this particular store should make it a point to hire people who will specifically work with on line orders and processing them accurately by communicating with the inventory department to avoid something happening to others as it happened to me.
Very easy to purchase online. The pick up was even easier. The Employees were Very Nice and Helpful. The wait was not long at all.
I've spent a lot of dough here so it must be a great place. Folks are very nice and helpful. Well organized during this Covid-19 quarantine.
