DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HAWTHORNE AUTO SQUARE. In the beginning they present themselves to be honest, trustworthy, and a dependable business you can get into a business relationship with. All that will change the moment you put your money down, sign the contract, and drive off the lot. I decided to purchase a car from them because I didn't want another thirty thousand or a forty thousand dollar contract. I wanted something quick to pay off but didn't have enough to buy a car in full. Two weeks after I purchase the car I started having engine problems. I took it back to the dealership , they were very rude and told me that it's a used car as is with no warranty. I've had the car for over a year and have made steady payments and my car has been in the shop over 13 times. There is always something wrong with this car from the transmission, from the motor mounts, from the electronic problems the radio stopped working the AC stopped working the doors won't lock or unlock the trunk doesn't open the seat won't move forward there has just been a plethora of problems since I purchased this car. I know two other people that purchased a car from this place and cars are having similar issues. They will sell you a car that is breaking down and make it appear like it's reliable in the beginning they also advertise that they report to the credit bureau they do not they only report the moment your car is reposed or you stop making payments.

Bad service will never come here for a car again all the staff care about is getting your money I got my car from here 2 years ago and I’ve been paying car notes on time when I tried to trade my car in I was told I would have to have a 4,000 down payment in order to be able to do so which didn’t make sense at all being that when I first got the car from here I only put 2,000 down and I was paying 500 for the first 6months I took my car to another dealer and I was offered what it was worth and I was able to do a trade in with no problem anybody thinking about going here I suggest you go to car max instead they care more and they get you way better deals !!! I will never refer anyone to this place again it is literally the absolute worst place to go to buy a car at first they seem nice but they aren’t don’t fall for there scams !!!

Edi was thoughtful, honest, and reliable when taking care of my Mercedes for transmission work. He already quoted me a good price but ended up giving me even a better price when I picked up the car right on time when he promised the car would be ready. I will be bringing my car to him from now on.
