Staff was courteous and respectful. I called for a livescan while they were closed not knowing because Google maps had a different schedule listed. They were already gone and made the decision to come back for the scan. Regardless of it possibly being because of money, they went out of their way to come back and I don't live close by so it was a big help for me. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for that service in the future.

So I went in here the first time: no wait, no problems. The second time I came in and had the same girl, Kimberly, and there wound up being an enormous issue....despite the Mail Code being directly on the form, she sent my fingerprint results to the wrong location, which caused a month and a half delay in getting my Teaching Permit. Thankfully, after reaching out both online and over the phone, Deja was able to redo my prints free of charge. So, in summary, some employees at this location are prone to extremely thoughtless mistakes, but others are kind in solving them...although this does not make up for time wasted.

The hours listed on their website are more \suggested hours.\ I called Friday afternoon to ask if they'd be open on Saturday. They told me to come in at 10am the next day. When I showed up on time, the door was closed, lights off, and no one answered the phone. Please do not waste your time with them. I should have listened to the other reviews. I went to UPS instead and got everything done super quick.
