OMG what a great product. Kevin and Danny did a great job of removing the old fence panel and installing almost 100 feet of new panel. It took two days, they were on time, and very pleasant. We look forward to seeing them again when they return to work on our next project. We highly recommend Southland Vinyl, their product and especially their staff. Cathy Hornsby

Found this company on the internet. Called and made an appointment for estimate. Sean came out and gave a estimate to install a vinyl fence. That was were the on time, professionalism, and honesty ended. When the date for install came we contacted Southland vinyl and Nancy in the office told us they didn’t order the material for our job. 7 days after original install date the promised to start. They showed up at our house and dropped of materials then disappeared. Second day they actually started working on the job. We were informed that our block footer was loose and the could not properly install the fence because of this. Of course this poor condition footer was not Southland’s fault. But I would think they should have at least checked out the condition of the footer at the time of estimate, or the first day they showed up. I had the footer repaired over the weekend and they were never delayed. That aside. When they showed up the following Monday I being told that someone measured wrong and they have the wrong material to finish the job. There installer blamed the salesman Sean. Don’t care who dropped the ball but everyone was throwing the other under the bus. They didn’t have the gate hardware at one point delaying things. I was going to not leave a review until I noticed during my inspection of the fence 2 of the 18 post are loose. The concrete they poured into the post to secure the post to the footer never made it down the inside of the post to the rebar. Do these two post are loose. Improper installation. Never did this company call us with any of the many issues they had. We had to call them ever time. There is NO communication from this company. I was told this install would take 4 days. Through not ordering correct material, gate hinges, slow install, more like two weeks. Beware! Update: Southland came out and verified the two posts needed to be replaced. They made the corrections.There are no other issues.
The people interested in going this direction as far as property wall or fence additions, please call and talk to the above business! The work and property enhancement is incredible! Please view the pictures provided and see how after a year the not related wall is weathered and the above Vinyl fence still looks like new! I give this association A's across board!
