Most ghetto place I've ever been in Hawthorne. Elevator never working...
I moved here last year and my least is up in 2 days this place is horrible kids fighting being loud disrespectful playing on the stairs and around the building this building is roach infested cockroaches come from the sinks they paint over the rich nest they painted over a leak that was in my bathroom a roach ran into the kitchen back into the stove and the first time I saw it I thought I was tripping but i wasn’t and now I’m scared to even go into my kitchen I just know even if your desperate or have no where to go I’d recommend just stay in a motel or hotel before you sign a contract with these people my sink and bathroom has been peeling and they won’t even fix it, it’s always and excuse and they even claim they get our rent late and we’ve never been late on a payment I can’t wait to leave from here it’s not worth it they don’t have negative 1 but if they did I would give them a -10
This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. We moved in and the thought the elevator worked and it did not. We were not able to move our furniture in for months. According to management that was okay. In the mean time we racked up over 500 in storage fees and slept on the floor. There was a roach in the sink and the garbage disposal did not work. Very loud young neighbors. Most of who do not work, most are on the County. Kids play at all hours of the night. Some tenants play music starting at 11pm until somewhere around 2am. You can always buy, smoke or sell some weed!!! Horrible place to rent unless you do not feel you are worthy of a better place to live.
