Jarod was extremely professional, offered solution. Stood by what he said, crew very professional, with excellent attention to detail. They came in and had to demo a botched tile job from a competitor. They did what they said, and even went above in assisting in trying to repair damages by prior install of the prior company. They left things in better condition than they came into, did extra cleaning and were all solutions based. Quality work, beautiful layout and end product. Don't waste your time looking in the Surprise area, these guys are the real deal with long term experienced gentlemen that take pride in their work. The prices were fair but the attention to detail made this an even greater value. You completely get what you pay for with these guys. They came on time, finished on time, very professional, no non sense! They did the best cutting of custom pieces I have ever seen. Highly recommend!!!

The service guy is the most arrogant person I've ever met. When I called for service the day he shows up I told him that the carpets had just been cleaned and he didn't remove his shoes. He steps on the carpet with his shoes on then proceeds to be defensive about the voice mail message that I left him which he interpreted incorrectly. I was so insulted I asked him to leave. I phoned the owner Jim and still have not heard back from him.

Bought counter tops at Hayden's. Fabricated and delivered with stains all over them. They attempted to clean them off with acetone after they were installed with negative results. Why would a company that cares about quality or you even attempt that.....Shop somewhere else..8-13-14
