Positive Kharisma

Was very put off by the 3.7 rating (at the time), and have just spoken with Jenna. Jenna took the time to educate me a little bit on the different types of homes, allowed me to see the products I was interested in, and gave me print outs of floor plans I was liking. In the midst of a pandemic, punctuality is definitely no concern as they are taking precautions by doing appointments only. Not sure why the bad reviews, personally. And, I even expressed my concerns with that as well. Their Facebook page is a lot more active, so be sure to check them out if you're looking for an amazing home

When I went to the site. I was looking I know an hour or more. No one never came out to talk with me. When I was ready to leave I went in office. I was treated like no time for you. I asked for some information on a modular home. I was given information that was it so I left.
