I’ve been going to this practice for 18 years and go once a year for a checkup. The last time I went the lost me in the system and asked me to fill out all the forms again no big deal. I went to my checkup, I was asked if I wanted a tetanus shot which I agreed to; no one ever came back. I was escorted out got a call in refill on my prescription and left. When I picked up my prescription the pharmacist told me my dosage was changed, I’ve been experiencing migraines and common side effects of the switch. I have called back to let them know 4x and no one has addressed the issue. No personal service, you feel like a number. I won’t be going back.
