Poor customer service, extremely rude towards customers that question him on repairs, and not consistent on when shop opens. Quality of work that was done is good but the lack of customer service will make me go else where. The young man who used to work there was great to work with... they should have kept him. I'm sorry to say you lost a 30 year customer.

This place has good amount of parts that I needed for my sewing machine. I also brought my vacuum cleaner here for repair. The guy gives you good explanations of what needs to be done and an upfront price for the service. The decision is up to you whether you want it fix or not.
I have a very old machine that had been neglected by a family member. It was the machine my grandmother taught me to sew on and I wanted to be able to use it to sew again. Less than a week later I had my machine back and in tip top shape! I’m so great full to have found this place
Needed my Bissell carpet cleaner unclogged after I began using it. I realized it wasn’t vacuuming up the soapy water I just put in the carpet! A1 was able to take my carpet cleaner and clean out the clog within an hour for a reasonable price! I was quite relieved to get my carpet cleaner back home so I could finish the job of cleaning my carpet. Excellent customer service and all around helpful guy running the place. I took my 41 year old Kenmore in on a walk in basis. The gentleman was polite and professional. He called within 24 hours to give me the diagnosis and my approval to proceed. It was ready next day. My machine sounds and performs like new. I'm so pleased.
