This shop came highly recommended and I can see why. Every person I dealt with was very friendly and professional. They did a great job at explaining what they needed to do with my car and made sure I didn't have any questions. Not only did they have my car done in a very timely manner, it looked brand new when they were done with it and my car is 17 years old! If you need auto body work done, this is the place!

I can’t recommend Aaron’s Body Shop enough. This was my first time working with them and their customer service as well the workmanship is top notch. I worked with Greg, he is very nice and made the whole experience a positive one for me. True professionals, they did a fantastic job fixing a clear coat peeling issue on my Mercedes Benz, the car practically looks brand new again, thanks to them! Like others have mentioned here, they will go above and beyond! They’ve gained a very happy customer and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Highly recommend - fantastic customer service - value, turnaround time and communication. We've taken our Subaru to Aaron's twice, and are incredibly pleased with the patience of the team at Aaron's taking the time to show and explain what repairs need to be completed and how part assemblies fit together. We appreciate them answering our questions and educating us about the car to increase our understanding surrounding how part assemblies are installed as it related to the repairs that were done on the car, including sharing assembly instructions when we were confused about how the bumper is attached to the chassis. We will definitely continue to use Aaron's in the future.

Harold is my hero. My Civic got damages on the lower engine shield which caused by someone who parked my car, so i need repair service. Because i work in Hayward around 10 years, i know this family owned body shop is my first choice. The owner Harold is very nice and profesional. He patiently inspected my car and fix the damage properly in just 15 mins. Very impressive. I would recommend this shop to people who are looking for a reliable vehicle body shop. Thank you Harold!
