We ordered four chairs, a rocker and a table back in May. We were told the order would take five weeks to fulfill. The chairs and rocker took eight weeks to fulfill and we still have not received the table. They asked us to call back each week to find out if the furniture has arrived. They are unable to provide any update on when we will receive. The quality of the furniture is great! Very frustrating customer service experience however!

Great place with high quality chairs and outdoor furniture. Bought two chairs a couple years ago and they still look like new, even after sitting outside for two winters. Added two more chairs to the collection today. Not cheap, but super high quality. You get what you pay for.
