If I could give a 0 I would. We paid alot of money for my husband a set of dentures and he had to fix them himself after telling her they was uncomfortable. They are really nice people but if you don't listen to your customers being nice and sociable dosent matter much. I'm so disappointed because that is alot of money to throw away. Now we have to go somewhere and spend more money to have another set made. They measured 1 half inch thick in the upper roof plate and my husband couldn't talk right. They aggravated him like something stuck in the roof of his mouth. We went back multiple times. Asked her to thin them only to get more excuses of why she didn't want to. Not her mouth that was being filled with gagging nonsensical plates... Sad. She just didn't want to listen. Nice woman. Just not a good for listening to her customers. :(
