Not always on time but they never let me down. Sometimes they cancel last minute but that’s due to the safety of there passengers. Never had an issue using a credit for another trip or getting a refund! Reading some of these comments and you guys are shaming probably one of the most reliable vans there is so PA. ! Caibo, VIP, Daniels express do not compare to this! This is a personal opinion since I take this van round trip every other week!

Almost ran me into the curb making a right hand turn i .it's an everyday turn i live in the area and i know why signals are included with my car to let others know we're I'm going he was either not paying attention or in a hurry .I'm turning right onto James and I look into my mirrors and see a van coming straight for me almost went right onto the sidewalk .I'm worried about my 13 year grand daughter .taking up the hospital make sure she is ok .calling my lawyer Monday and informing the proper authorities..we gotta make these street safe for our children . People these days can't take no responsibility for their actions .so sad .never use this company for their drivers don't care
No social distancing the van was at full capacity!
Absolutely the worst customer service. Is not reliable when scheduling pick up. Absolutely rude over the phone. Driver is not responsible.
Very disappointing staff and disrespectful I had a friend who was visiting me from New York and they took down my information saying they come to my area in Pennsylvania happen so they didn’t but didn’t inform me that while I made my reservation. So my friend ended up all the way in hazelton Pennsylvania instead of the address I gave them ! Do not I repeat do not use this service they are rude and get unprofessional I had to put my friend in a Uber to get her to where I was because they didn’t wanna drop her to my house claiming I gave them they wrong address. Do not waste your money.
