I’ve been a customer for many years, prior to the move to Rochester. I’ve never had any issues. Unfortunately this year I was not sent a coupon on my Birthday. This has been a yearly tradition to come in with the birthday coupon to purchase a gift. Well I went in to ask about the coupon and was told there’s nothing the store can do, that I must contact FiveStars. Well, I’ve been trying for an hour now and have had multiple attendants stop responding to their live chat without ever getting to my issue. The phone number is equally impossible. It seems Fivestar is only interested in conversing with businesses about gaining new clients. They have no interest in helping customers from those stores. I have an item I’d really like to purchase locally at Headlines- but I can’t seem to do that, nor did employees care whether I bought anything... I’ll just be ordering the item elsewhere and it makes me genuinely sad.

Great selection of e-cigarette fluids, and always a full case of interesting looking weapons to look at (Legend of Zelda type swords, middle-ages weaponry, makes for an awesome place to kill some time and look at stuff.)
