This studio was convenient, very clean and welcoming. My shoulder had tendonopathy from extreme sports most of life. Dr Julie assessed me for free. She helped set my shoulder alignment, used cupping/stem to break down scar tissue improving blood flow, As competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer it’s nice having HS 3 doors down from our studio My House Fitness.
Hands down, one of the most personable and one on one treatment I have ever experienced! Dr. Julie, Paige and Maggie are a phenomenal team, along with the most awesome Massage Therapist, Jaime! Not only do you leave feeling better and more mobile, you leave with a smile on your face.
