Waited 3 weeks for a massage appointment, only to be called 10 minutes before the appointment on the day of, to inform me that the masseuse is out, and will call to reschedule within 24 hours. Fast forward more than 24 hours later, still no call. I call to reschedule, and spoke with a rude receptionist who stated she worked for the doctor, and it wasn’t her problem. Soonest available is over three weeks from now. Would highly advise you to go anywhere other than this highly unprofessional establishment. Awful customer service, and awful attitudes from “professionals”.
