I wish I could give a 10 star review! The staff and the doctor are amazing and so professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and the process was so easy! Took me about 24 hours to get my temporary card through email. Payed the 110 for my appointment with no medical records and the 40 through the state. Just as expected. Awesome job guys!!

My appointment was fast and efficient. The lobby was clean as well as the exam room. The man at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The Dr. understood my problems and helped me achieve what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who may need it.
