We live in town, drop of food and enjoy seeing all the well cared for animals. Adore the \watch dog\ fur baby in the office....seriously this fur baby acts and looks almost human.

Dr. Brinlee and his staff are AWESOME!!! I called at lunchtime and they were able to work us (Mitty, a rescue kitty & I) in at 3pm!!! They did the WHOLE initial exam and feline leukemia test, dewormer, and earmite medication plus Mitty's 1st round of shots in less than an hour at such a REASONABLE price!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Brinlee and his WONDEFUL staff to anyone in need of a caring veterinary center!!!

We had a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. She showed us all the dogs and we took a puppy home with us. Her name is Lucy and she is a wonderful dog. Thank you so much, now our family is complete.

We applied to adopt a puppy on Monday, July 13th. On the website we were made to understand that the application process could take some time however we were pleasantly surprised when we were approved around lunchtime on the 13th (same day). Since we live over 2 hours away and it was during the work week we requested whether we could pick up the puppy on Saturday. On Monday night we were notified that the puppy could be held for only 24 hours. We immediately responded back checking to see whether we could show up first thing in the morning on Wednesday, (July 15) to pick up the puppy since on Tuesday July 14th I already had some work related commitments that I was unable to move at short notice (i.e. the night before) To our dismay, we received an e-mail today, July 14th that our puppy had been adopted. The puppy had been adopted to someone else less than 24 hours after we were approved. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and empathy with which this process was handled. The end result is I have an extremely disappointed boy who spent the entire morning today setting up the room with the puppy's bed, toys etc. No where in the application process was it made clear to us that you have to pick up the puppy within 24 hours. This is meant to be a WARNING TO OTHER POTENTIAL ADOPTERS since we do not want another family to encounter this type of treatment/disappointment.
