Dr.Cheng and office staffers are awesome and professional. Takes the time to explain your condition and concerns. Taking all precautions due to COVID and protecting the patients and themselves we really appreciate him and the staff.

I was very happy with Dr Class as a patient I had shown up to his office several times My last visit I had a bad case of facial dermatitis accompanied by a physician letter exempting me from a mask and said I could not wear a mask I said I can wait in the waiting area by the elevators no response asked if I could wait outside and they could call me and I would wear mask to come through no they were rude and nasty think You would think I had Ebola paid no attention to my medical condition or medical letter I had also assured them I had recently been tested I am a health 60 year old I will sit far away from Everyone Wearing the mask with dermatitis active burns my face it feels like my face is on fire So I gave in after their third supervisor came marching in with 3 assistant supervisors walking side by side marching like soldiers reminded my of a recent war movie felt like the gestapo was coming to get we I put my mask on I begged I am sorry I said!!! Please forgive me for not wearing the Mask I have it on now. They said You are late anyway you missed your appt so I begged for the next appt and I promised like a school boy I would come very early and wear my mask next tome and they said okay Today they sent me a letter firing me from the practice over not wearing my mask in the waiting room regardless of me producing evidence of a medical condition with a dr note I can’t believe Dr Class my cardiologist who I thought was a good guy signed off on this What has society come to. Dr Class I am so disappointed in you ! So is Amanda ! You are a sham to your patients to care for them so much but to expel them go so little !!!

Worst experience ever I went for my appointment with a dr letter to show I have serious case of dermatitis do I couldn’t wear a mask I was willing to stand outside do a thing to nit miss my appointment they were rude abrasive never even read my dr letter they practically threw me out if the place they set me up with a new appt like they were working with me then I got a letter signed by Dr Class abd I was terminated as a patient over not wading a mask having a medical condition with a letter abhor here is the KICKER I put on my mask on when they went bananas anyway It’s such a Shame that such a great surgeon like Dr Class would leave a legacy that he did so much for his patients but was so punitive and paranoid and controlled that if a patient had a medical condition abd didn’t wear a mask for few minutes in the waiting room backed up by Dr letter for a major condition of dermatitis Dr Class would fire that patient being me Shame on you Dr Class!

Calls are handled quickly, questions are answered with respect. Just the other day Heather handled a matter for me like a professional! Thank you both!
